[Webinar] Privacy Priorities for 2022: Tracking Changing State Laws – March 24, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET | Kelley Drye & Warren LLP

March 24, 2022

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET

In the absence of a federal privacy law, privacy has been at the forefront of many state legislative sessions this year:

  • Utah is set to be the fourth state to pass comprehensive privacy legislation
  • Florida nearly passed legislation when the State House advanced privacy legislation by a significant margin
  • Other state legislatures have privacy bills on their calendars

In this context, state attorneys general continue to investigate corporate privacy practices, and state agencies continue to advance privacy rules under applicable law.

Please join us on Thursday, March 24 at 4:00 PM ET for this webinar to learn about the latest developments in national privacy legislation, make sense of these developments, and understand their practical impact.
