Rocket League meets James Bond with new Aston Martin DLC

Psyonix partners with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and Aston Martin to launch a new set of James Bond-inspired DLC for Rocket league.

Starting July 29, players can pick up the 007 Aston Martin DB5 from the Item Shop, specifically the 1963 Aston Martin DB5.

The crossover was revealed in a short trailer that features the iconic vehicle chasing a Rocket league bullet while James bond music is playing in the background. It shows the updated car design for the game, including how it will move when using rockets and jumping through the air.

The iconic car will give players access to the classic Bond car from 1964 The golden finger movie, as well as exclusive items that can only be equipped with the DLC vehicle. This includes a Silver Birch paint finish designed to resemble the original Aston Martin color, a one-of-a-kind audio engine, Aston Martin DB5 wheels and a Reel Life sticker.

The 007 Aston Martin DB5 item pack will be available in the Rocket league Shop for items for a limited time, although no specific end date for the promotion has been given. You can purchase 1,100 credits.

This continues the crossing frenzy that Rocket league has been around for a year, with the most recent DLC being a second visit to the Fast and furious franchise.
