Benefit to Chamber members focused on recruitment and retention | News, Sports, Jobs

The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is constantly looking for new ways to provide benefits to its local member businesses. From time to time, new opportunities are presented to us, so we strive to pass them on to our member companies.

As part of a new partnership, the Chamber can offer a new benefit to member companies: reduced rates on home, auto and pet insurance for employees of Chamber member companies. Provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance, this group discount would normally be extended to employers with 50 or more employees. By virtue of collective membership in the Chamber of Commerce, this discount is offered even to small groups of employees. Thus, even small companies with two or three employees can consider this offer, since they are aggregated into a larger group through the Chamber of Commerce.

In this difficult time of recruiting and retaining the workforce, companies need to stay competitive with the benefits they can offer employees. This Chamber Member Benefit helps do just that – providing another service that helps your business stay competitive in the workforce hiring and retention game.

For more details on this group discount, we invite Chamber member companies to contact local sales representative Nichole Goodman at Liberty Mutual Insurance at [email protected]

The chamber, through an agreement with the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, also offers discounts on background screenings for local member businesses. The Greater Rochester Chamber has been in the background screening industry for over 20 years and its services are used by organizations of all sizes nationwide. This program is designed to provide peace of mind when onboarding new employees, volunteers or tenants to your business.
