Another day, another thirst trap from former Fahrenheit memberWu Chun.
The 45-year-old Bruneian hottie sent heart rates racing across the Internet with his latest jaw-dropping feat – lifting a 100kg dumbbell with a single arm.
What is even more impressive is he did it after what appeared to be an intensive tennis training session.
Dude, shouldn't it be a cooldown at this point?
In the video posted to Xiaohongshu, a sweaty-looking and very topless Wu Chun challenged himself after this tennis session that he would attempt to lift the 100kg dumbbell that was placed outside the courts.
As he readied to lift the dumbbell, Wu Chun added a humble disclaimer that he hadn’t done something like this in a long time before showing off some of his gains.
Humble brag, much?
With muscles flexed, Wu Chun powered through the lift and let off a triumphant grunt after he flexed all his muscles to show off at the same time.
Not that we were complaining.
Fitness goals, right?
Now, before anyone decides to attempt a similar feat, we would say to probably start a lot lighter, and like Wu Chun, be in the presence of a fitness expert.
