Lost Ember has 236 Collectible Locations. Finding all of them is required to unlock the Platinum trophy. In Lost Ember there are 142 Mushrooms and 77 Relics to collect and17 Animals to find and possess (6 are Legendary).
All Collectibles are tracked, but there’s no in-game map, so following this guide becomes a must if you want to go about the Platinum in the most time-effective way.No Collectible is missable and they save as soon as they are collected!
Relics and Legendary Animalshave been numbered according to the Collectibles tracker found under Extra in the Pause Menu. As for Mushrooms, they have been numbered according to the routesI have personally taken while playing the game as there’s no way to distinguish one from the next (this is a lot easier with Relics and Legendary Animals being all different).Speaking ofroutes, the ones I have suggested hereare the ones I have personally taken. Most Collectibles, with the exception of story animals and their normal versions, are found by taking detours. As you play through the story or during the clean-up step,you can cross-reference this list with the in-game Collectible tracker to find out what you’re missing, and then load the specific chapter section for what you need.
Finally, this guide has been written while playing through the story, so it is meant to be used as you go through the different chapters for the first time and itis supposed to minimize backtracking as well, allowing you to earn the Platinum trophy in as little time as possible. Of course, if you so prefer, you can reload chapters to clean up Collectibles even after the story.

Prologue – Companionship
- Relic #1 (Amulet). Interact with the skeleton in the cave in which the light is shining through to trigger a cutscene. After the cutscene, this Relic will be sitting next to the skeleton.
- Animal #1 (Wombat). Story-related. Cannot be missed.
- Mushroom #1 (Spotted Crown). After possessing the wombat, enter its den to find this mushroom at the end.
- Mushroom #2 (Spotted Crown). Still as the wombat, enter the next cave area. This mushroom is sitting behind the tree trunk.
Chapter 1 – Light & Dark
- Mushroom #3 (Spotted Crown). As soon as you leave the cave as the wombat, turn back into the wolf and head left to find this mushroom sitting between a tree and a big rock.
- Relic #2 (Hunter Firestone). From the mushroom’s location above, keep going straight uphill and continue on until you see a big lone tree on a hill. This relic is sitting at its roots.
- Relic #3 (Broken Hammer). Scurry in the direction of the red fire. This relic is sitting between some bushes on the left side of the area, very close to the red fire, but before reaching it.
- Mushroom #4 (Spotted Crown). After shattering the barrier, continue on to the next area with colorful plants. Going uphill, this mushroom is sitting behind a rock on the left.
- Relic #4 (Odd Ball). After exiting the tunnels as the wombat, turn right and keep following the weeping willows above you until you see this Relic under the last weeping willow of this section. Finding this Relic also unlocks the trophy I Choose You.
Chapter 1 – Forgotten Love
- Animal #2 (Duck). After running through an area with purple-leafed trees, you’ll enter a section with a waterfall on the right and a cliff in front of you. Immediately after entering, on the right by some blue flowers is the duck.
- Relic #5 (Arrow). Possess the duck and fly down the scripted path. Straight ahead of you you’ll see two paths. One that follows the direction of the river, one going up and to the right. Take the latter to find this relic sitting on the left by some ivy.
- Animal #3 (Beaver). From the location of the relic above, continue down. Shortly after, you’ll see some patches of red flowers on your right and a lake on your left. Go left, cross the lake and you’ll find this animal on the left shore. Please be aware that this animal is very similar to the wombat.
- Animal #4 (Duckling). Face the small waterfalls on the right. Directly across from the Beaver’s location, are some ducklings.
- Mushroom #5 (Spotted Crown). Possess a duck and walk up to the weeping willow left of the beaver’s location explained above. Hold to spring and flap your wings to the small isle right in front of you to find the mushroom.
- Relic #6 (Atevos Firestone). Still as a duck, go up the path with the leaning weeping willows on the left of the area and perch on the highest spot of this path. From here, we need to reach the big trunk isle. Sprint using and keep spamming to flap your wings and easily reach the destination. The Relic is under the trunk.
- Mushroom #6 (Spotted Crown). From the relic’s location above, face the red fire in the distance and drop down. Now turn back into the wolf and keep going straight ahead until you see another lake with ducks and a small isle with a weeping willow in the middle. Swim to it to find a mushroom.
- Animal #5 (Hummingbird). After interacting with the memory by the woods, you can shatter the barrier. To find this animal, you need to shatter the rightmost part of the barrier from the location you’ve interacted with the memory. You’ll find a group of hummingbirds buzzing by some red flowers shortly after smashing though the barrier.
- Mushroom #7 (Sandy Needling). Possess a hummingbird and fly down the cliff in a straight shot using and flapping your wings by smashing . Turn around on yourself and enter the cave to find this mushroom.
- Mushroom #8 (Sandy Needling). Still as a hummingbird, from the previous mushroom’s location, exit the cave and go left up the hill. Keep following the red flowers path until you spot what resembles a stone column on your left and a vine above you. Behind this column is the mushroom.
- Relic #9 (Spearhead). Go back the way you came from, go down the hill and take the left path as marked by the red flowers. Cross the ponds surrounded by weeping willows and fly up and to the right past the first waterfall. You’ll see a second waterfall in front of you. Atop the waterfall is the Relic.
- Mushroom #9 (Sandy Needling). Facing Relic #9, drop down to the right, go past the vines under the big stone arch to enter a new pond area. All the way to the end, by a weeping willow, is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #10 (Cupling). Facing Relic #9, keep flying up. Fly above the arch with the vine and you’ll see this red Mushroom on a ledge with some bushes.
- Mushroom #11 (Sandy Needling). In this area there’s a very tall rock resembling a tower (tallest one in the area). Next to it is a stone arch with some ivy and bushes on top. Below this arch is the mushroom.
- Relic #7 (Cute Toy). Facing Mushroom #11’s location, fly up until you see a patch of red flowers on another stone pillar. Finding this Relic also unlock the trophy Viva Piñata.
- Mushroom #12 (Sandy Needling). Facing Relic #9, turn back on yourself and fly up. Look around yourself, it’s on a bushy hill, not a tower.
- Mushroom #13 (Spotted Crown). Left of the location of Relic#9 is an area with leaning purple flowers. Enter this area and go straight ahead until you see a fork near some red flowers. Turn right at the fork and you’ll spot the mushroom in the distance.
- Legendary Animal #1 (Legendary Wombat). Immediately before the area as Mushroom #13 are some wombats. One of these is a shiny one. Possess it to have the game register this Legendary Animal. Possessing the wombat also unlocks the trophy Look, it’s so shiny.
- Relic #8 (Skinning Knife). Go back to the lake of this area (area with the ducks). At the lake there are two paths. One with two small waterfalls, the other going through some trees. Take the latter and towards the end, before the red flowers path, right you’ll find this relic on the right.
- Mushroom#14(Sandy Needling). Inside the fallen tree trunk by the lake. It’s a big fallen tree, you can’t miss it.
- Mushroom#15(Sandy Needling). From the lake, go up the hill as if you were to go back to the memory area. When you first see red plants on your right (not the ones in the water), fly up and you’ll notice a tree perched on cliff. Next to it is the mushroom.
- Mushroom#16(Spotted Crown). Under the tree at the very end of this section.
Chapter 2 – Igniting the Fire
- Mushroom #17 (Spotted Crown): after the start of the Chapter, go down the hill until you spot an opening to the left leading into a woods area. Enter this area and on the back is the mushroom.
- Relic #13 (Axe). Keep going down hill along the scripted path and past the red flowers at the bend. Shortly after this first patch of red flowers, you’ll find a second one. Go right and past them and the end of this section, between some tress, you’ll find this relic.
- Mushroom #18 (Cupling). After interacting with the memory in which you’re shown the day in which Kalani got the amulet, keep going down hill. Walk on the log and keep going until you can spot a small pond on your right between some rocks. Possess a duck and go stand on one of the rocks opposite the pond. Now fly all the way to the platform on the lower right where you’ll find a mushroom by the tree. Collect it and restart the checkpoint.
- Mushroom #19 (Spotted Crown). Possess a duck one more time and this time fly all the way over to the isle with smoking fire. The isle is on the right. You’ll find this mushroom before a tree. Restart the checkpoint.
- Relic #10(Ceramic Bowl). Possess a duckling from the same pond and enter the tiny hole behind the pond’s waterfall.As the duckling, play through the Flappy Bird mini-game and when you reach the end you’ll find this Relic.
- Mushroom #20 (Cupling). Now go past the pond. Immediately to your left is what resembles a human-made structure. Behind it is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #21 (Spotted Crown). Possess a duck one more time but this time go left. Find a high vantage point that allows you to coast the cliff on the right and land on a rock with the mushroom on top.
- Mushroom #22 (Spotted Crown). Facing the mushroom we just collected, fly to the ruins in front of you.
- Mushroom #23 (Cupling). Facing Mushroom #20, now fly/run to the other ruins to find this mushroom.
- Relic #11 (Hammer). With your back to Mushroom #20, fly to the next ruins. Here are other ducks for reference. The Relic is sitting by some ruins.
- Mushroom #24 (Spotted Crown). From Mushroom #21’s location, fly across the gap to another set of ruins on your left.
- Mushroom #25 (Spotted Crown). From the previous mushroom, fly to the next set of ruins past the giant pillar to find another mushroom.
- Relic #12 (Wolf Stone Figure). After interacting with the memory near the giant pillar, climb the stairs until you reach a new set of ruins. As you climb up, you’ll see some purple flowers. At the third bunch of purple flowers, take a left and behind the structure is the relic.
- Animal #6 (Armadillo). Story-related. Cannot be missed. Keep going up the stairs and a cutscene will introduce you to the armadillo. Possess the armadillo and use to dig.
- Mushroom #26 (Druffle). After getting past the wall while you’re possessing the armadillo, use to focus and highlight this hidden mushroom underground.
Chapter 2 – Gathering Followers
- Mushroom #27 (Spotted Crown). Shortly after, you’ll have to possess a duck to make it across a gorge. From the area with the ducks, keep the left side until you’ll see this mushroom at the end of a narrow ledge.
- Mushroom #28 (Cupling). Keep going until you see a group of ducks perched on the edge of a cliff. Possess a duck and fly to the next area. You’ll see this mushroom as you fly across on a ledge below.
- Mushroom#29 (Cupling). As you make it across the gorge, enter the tunnels from a ledge on the right. Continue on as a wombat to find this mushroom.
- Mushroom #30(Sandy Needling). Keep going along the scripted path. After climbing up a hill, you’ll be at a fork. There’s a tree and some armadillos on your left, and path that goes to your right. Take the path and you’ll eventually find this mushroom before a circular stone structure.
- Mushroom #31(Spotted Crown). Now go back to the fork, but this time go left. Behind the tree is a mushroom.
- Mushroom#32(Druffle). From the fork, possess a armadillo and destroy the nearby wall. Then,scan for this mushroom underground.
- Relic #14 (Ceramic Pot). Now enter the first door on the left. Here you’ll find this relic.
- Mushroom #33(Cupling). From the same location as above, possess a wombat and enter the small hole in the wall.
- Mushroom #34(Druffle). After climbing up the stairs, possess a armadillo on your left and scan the ground for a mushroom.
- Relic #16 (Farming Hoe). Still as a armadillo, scan the ground for tunnels. Enter either one and keep going until you see this relic in a room.
- Mushroom #35(Cupling). From here, take the tunnel on the left and keep going along the path (there’s only pathyou can take) until you see this mushroom.
- Relic #15 (Ceramic Vase). From Mushroom #34’s location, continue through the tunnels as the armadillo. At the fork, go left. When you get to the area with the wombats, make your way towards the light and enter the first room on the left, then go right.
- Animal #7 (Baby Wombat). In this underground area are baby wombats.
Chapter 2 – Crossing Lines
- Mushroom #36(Cupling). From Animal #7’s location, take a right to leave this area and then right again to climb up some stairs. Then, go all the way to the left (straight ahead from where you are) until you can see this mushroom.
- Relic #18 (Farmer’s Amulet). Now climb up the stairs and take a right. You’ll find this relic near the pool.
- Mushroom#37(Spotted Crown). Near a tree, left of the stairs you’ve just climbed up from.
- Mushroom #38(Spotted Crown). After interacting with the memory, climb up the stairs and take a right. You’ll find the mushroom at the bottom of a broken structure.
- Mushroom #39(Druffle). Climb up the stairs and shatter the barrier. In front of you, by some upright bricks, are some armadillos. Possess one and scan the ground for this mushroom.
- Relic #17 (Hunter Ceramic Water Bottle). From the stairs that got you here, go past the giant obelisk and enter the structure right behind to find this relic.
- Mushroom #40(Spotted Crown). From the previous collectible’s location, turn around head left to go down some stairs through a narrow crack between the walls. Take a right and you’ll find this mushroom in a corner by the water pool.
Chapter 3 – The Calm Before the Storm
- Mushroom #41 (Cupling). From the level start, approach the lake. Turn into a duck and then into a hummingbird. Rise up with the hummingbird until you can see the mushroom behind a weeping willow and the highest waterfall.
- Relic #19 (Fishing Hook). Still as a hummingbird, fly into the cave above a waterfall that is past the pink-flowered tree.
- Mushroom #42 (Spotted Crown). From the cave, use the alcove to fly down into a green area with weeping willows. Straight ahead of you from the hole we just flew out of is a hole you can enter. At the end of it is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #43(Spotted Crown). From the memory’s location, head left and go past the waterfall into the cave.
- Mushroom #44(Spotted Crown). From the memory’s locations head right and follow the river until it becomes a waterfall. Just right before the waterfall, there’s the mushroom.
- Animal #8 (Fish). Head down to the lake. The fish are swimming here.
- Relic #20 (Fishing Arrow). After turning into a fish, you’ll notice bunches of purple flowers on the left shore of the lake. Aim for the third bunch (the first being the next to the location of the fish you turned into). Near here there’s a gap behind some fern. Cross the gap to find the relic.
- Mushroom #45(Azure Trumpet). By a rock underwater in the first lake.
- Mushroom #46(Azure Trumpet). Underwater, second lake, by a rock.
- Mushroom#47(Azure Trumpet). Underwater, second lake, by another rock that emerges through the water.
- Mushroom#48(Azure Trumpet). After the big jump, on the right, behind a rock.
- Mushroom #49(Azure Trumpet). From the location of the previous mushroom, head right and then, after entering the big tunnel, start swimming left until you see this mushroom by a rock (left of the rock).
- Mushroom #50(Azure Trumpet). After interacting with the memory underwater, a bit after the big jump from the waterfall as the fish, enter the turret.
Chapter 3 – Whispering Towers
- Mushroom #51(Cupling). After reaching the Whispering Towers and watching the introductory cutscenes, head right. At the end of he path is the mushroom.
- Relic #21 (Carving Chisel). After interacting with the memory, walk past the ghosts by the boat and you should face the tallest stone structure in the area. Go past it to find a second set of structures near a shore to find the relic behind them.
- Relic #23 (Fancy Ritual Firestone). Shatter the barrier and you can find this relic by the roots of a weeping willow.
- Mushroom #52(Spotted Crown). From the location of the previous relic, walk between two rocks (they don’t have any symbols) to find this mushroom sitting by some dark green trees.
- Mushroom #53(Spotted Crown). Walk down the main path and at some point you’ll start seeing purple flowers. The first bunch is on the right, the second on the left, the third on the right, the fourth one again on the left. At the fourth one, take a left and keep going until you spot the mushroom.
- Mushroom #54(Azure Trumpet). Keep running on the scripted path until you reach a body of water. Turn into a fish and dive down and swim all the way straight ahead of you until you see this mushroom near some seaweeds.
- Relic #22 (Strange Pipe). From the previous collectible’s location, take a sharp right to enter a water tunnel section. Keep swimming until you reach a room with some water lilies. From here, take the right path and keep swimming until you see the relic. Finding this relic also unlocks the trophy It’s a-Me!
Important: The next three mushrooms should be picked up as a hummingbird. You can find hummingbirds near the above relic’s location.
- Mushroom #55(White Cloak) Now, from the room with the water lilies, enter the area on the right and flyup the first set of stairs. At the top of he stairs, flyalong the path on the right. At its end you’ll find this mushroom.
- Mushroom#56(Sandy Needling). Before the last flight of stairs.
- Mushroom#57(White Cloak). Fly up until the top of the area.
Chapter 4 – Close to the Sun
- Mushroom #58(White Cloak). When you enter Quilotasi (start of Chapter 4), go downhill to the right. This mushroom is nearthe structure with the steps, on the right.
- Mushroom #59(Cupling). Now go up the scripted path and when you reach some ruins immediately on your right. Go past them and climb down the stairs. Now, run all the way to the right, down the hill and turn right. Keep going and you’ll find the mushroom.
- Mushroom #60(Azure Trumpet). Now go back the way you cane from and go up the stairs. To your right will be a pond. Turn into a fish and swim down. This mushroom sits next to some ruins.
- Mushroom #61(Azure Trumpet). Now, still as a fish, continue swimming through the opening underwater and at the first fork take a left. Keep swimming until you see some seaweeds. Then, look up. You’ll see another tunnel take it and when you more seaweeds, look behind you. When the tunnel ends, the mushroom will be on your left, behind you.
- Mushroom #62(Azure Trumpet). From the location of the previous collectible, keep swimming though the weeds and take a right when possible. You’ll find this mushroom on your right shortly after.
- Relic #25 (Big Plate). From the previous collectible’s location, go left, then right and keep swimming until you emerge in an area with some broken objects and purple plants. Follow the purple plants and at some you should see some objects on the right and an opening on the left. Enter the opening to find this relic.
- Relic #29 (Rubber Ball). From here, exits through the structure’s opening and turn back into the wolf. Look to your right to find a Relic.
- Mushroom #63(Druffle). From here, turn around on yourself and go right of the structure with the hole. Take a right and go uphill, then up the stairs, then up the stairs again. Turn into a armadillo and enter the wall in front of you use to scan the ground and find this mushroom.
- Mushroom#64(White Cloak).Continue pastthe structure in which you have found the mushroom above to find this mushroom all the way at the bottom past some ruins. You might want to reach this area with a duck if the wolf can’t make it past the rocks.
- Relic #28 (Mortar). From here, jump back down into the water and turn into a fish. Swim down the stairs and enter the first room on the right for this relic.
- Relic #26 (Grappling Hook). Exit this room and swim right. Interact with the memory and keep following traces until you enter an underwater room where the Relic is.
- Mushroom #65(Druffle). Now swim back to the area where yourecently turned into a fish and take the other set of stairs going up. Here turn into an armadillo and use your ground-scanning skills for a mushroom.
- Mushroom#66(Druffle). Now dig under the structure in front of you to find another mushroom.
- Relic #30 (Vase). In the same area as the previous mushroom. Use your ground-scanning skills to find and unearth it.
- Animal #9(Caterpillar). In the same area as Mushroom #63, use to scan the corner. Hidden in one of the remains is a caterpillar.
- Mushroom #67(White Cloak). From the location opposite the memory we just interacted with, there’s a set of stairs. Climb them and turn left at the top. Interact with the memory and then walk on the collapsed pillar. Exit the structure and enter a second one immediately after. Here is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #68(White Cloak). From where you are, exit and go down the stairs on the right. Then, cross to the left and you’ll find this mushroom behind some ruins.
- Relic #27 (Hummingbird Pluck Tool). From the location of the memory, go up the stairs and enter the house in front of you.
- Mushroom #69(Druffle). Now go all the way up the stairs until you can possess an armadillo. Press to unearth the nearby mushroom.
- Legendary Animal #5 (Legendary Armadillo) As the armadillo, enter the tunnel and keep going until you come across an area with blue, glowing mushroom. Climb up the stairs and you’ll see this Legendary Animal.
- Relic #24 (Amulet Enrichment). Near the previous collectible’s location.
- Mushroom #70(Druffle). Now shatter the barrier and keep running along the cliff. Interact with an armadillo from the ones that you find on your path and go underground to re-emerge atop the hill above. Scan the ground for shadow in the ground.
- Mushroom #71(White Cloak). Now turn back into the wolf and go all the wayto the left to find this mushroom by some rocks.
- Mushroom #72(White Cloak). Continue past the stone gate and up the hill, but turn left before heading up the semicircular stairs. Go to the end of this section to find the mushroom.
- Relic #35 (Wolf Chains). After interacting with the memory, you’ll see some bars on your right and left. Looking at the memory trigger point from the way you came in, the relic is inside the seventh cell.
Chapter 4 – Taking Action
- Relic #31 (Blade of a Small Knife). Left of the huge gate door.
- Relic #34 (Medal). In the Yawar arena, below the tower, in a small alcove.
- Relic #36 (Wolf Muzzle). Next to the alcove where you found the previous location’s collectible is a small entrance leading inside the arena. Here you’ll find this relic.
- Relic #32 (Bronze Prize). After the arena, you’ll come across some wombats. Possess one and head left to find this relic under some collapsed rocks.
- Mushroom #73(Spotted Crown). Continue on through the tunnels as a wombat and then turn back into the wolf and you’ll reach a temple with three statues holding spears. Go up two flights of stairs then head left. At the end of this section, by a rock, you’ll find the mushroom.
- Relic #33 (Hand-crafted Gold Coin). Between the pyramid and the pillar, by one of the statues.
- Mushroom #74(White Cloak). Back outside as a hummingbird, fly past the fallen log across the river and past the waterfall to find this mushroom in the right between some bushes.
- Mushroom #75(White Cloak). From the previous collectible’s location, fly through the door right of the waterfall we just crossed and keep flying along the river. You’ll find this mushroom near a weeping willow.
- Mushroom #76(Sandy Needling). All the way to the right of this area is a half-unearthed square-shaped building inside of which is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #77(Sandy Needling). Opposite the previous collectible, all the way on the other side of this area is another similar structure with this mushroom inside. It’s by a tree nearthe lake.
- Mushroom #78 (Sandy Needling) Between two rocky structures. Right side from the way you came in.
- Relic #37 (Gold Cup). Inside some ruins found above one of the two rivers going downhill.
Chapter 4 – Breaking Point
- Mushroom #79(White Cloak). When you enter the building and climb the stairs, go behind the pillar.
- Relic #42 (Stone Figurine Female). Keep climbing the long flight of stairs until you see an opening on the right reconnecting you with the opposite flight of stairs. Halfway through the reconnecting section is the relic.
- Relic #39 (Kalani Totem). Eventually you’ll interact with a memory that triggers prison bars. Facing the memory from the way you came from, enter the second cell on the left to find this relic.
- Relic #43 (Stone Figurine Little Boy). You’ll eventually haveto go through some tunnels as a wombat. When you exit the tunnels, turn yourself back into the wolf and in the section with stairs on the left you’ll find this relic sitting in a corner on the right.
- Relic #40 (Small Medicine Flask). Turn back into a wombat and progress further. As soon as you see an opening on the right, take it and squeeze through some collapsed rocks to enter a hidden area with the relic.
- Relic #45 (Stone Figurine Male). Eventually you’ll reach a section during which the narrator will say something about how many people it must have gotten to build the palace you’re in. Take the flight of stairs on your left and keep going until you see the relic in a corner on the right.
- Relic #41 (Remains of a Musical Instrument). Climb back down the way you came from and then climb down the stairs to find this relic immediately on the left.
Important: Before interacting with the memory grab the following collectibles:
- Relic #38 (Golden Sun Amulet). Back of the throne.
- Relic #44 (Stone Figurine Little Girl). Climb down the stairs left of the entrance to the throne room. The relic is on the left. Now interact with the memory.

Chapter 4 – Things We’ve Lost In the Fire
- Relic #46 (Bone Flute). Start running uphill until you enter a tilted building on your left. Go around it and to the to find this relic.
- Mushroom #80(Spotted Crown). Shortly after you’ll encounter two identical structures opposite each other. Pass through them, then look up to find a tall stone pillar with some ivy. Go left of this to find the mushroom hidden behind a rock next to a pond.
- Mushroom #81(Druffle). After the cutscene, possess an armadillo and crawl underground. When you resurface, scan the ground for this mushroom.
- Mushroom #82(Azure Trumpet). The game wants you to go down the waterfall and water slides as a fish. Don’t. Otherwise you’ll easily miss all of the following collectibles. This one will be right before the big straight slide.
- Mushroom #83(Azure Trumpet). Slide down and you’ll see it in front of you on a glowing patch of grass.
- Mushroom #84(Azure Trumpet). Continue down the slides until you see this on a glowing patch of grass. Middle slides.
- Mushroom #85(Azure Trumpet). Before a tunnel, below some ivy, towards the middle of the area, in kind of a straight shot from the previous one.
- Mushroom #86(Azure Trumpet). A bit later, by a slide. Middle area.
- Mushroom #87(Azure Trumpet). A bit later, by a slide. Right area.
- Mushroom #88(Azure Trumpet). After jumping back into the water, you’ll find this mushroom in plain sight by a rock and some seaweeds.
- Mushroom #89(Cupling). Enter the trunk in the water.
Chapter 4 – Choices
- Mushroom #90(Spotted Crown). Leave the water and turn back into the wolf. Climb up and you’ll see this mushroom behind a rock. Very hard to miss.
- Mushroom #91(Sandy Needling). Continue down along the river and when you get to the large plains area, keep right. Keep following the river and when it forms, turn right. It’s night and you’ll be able to spot the light emitted by the mushroom in the cave.
- Animal #11 (Firefly). When you run through the fields atnight, you’ll notice they light up. When they do, scan the environment with to be able to see the prompt that allows you to interact with a firefly.
- Mushroom #92(Spotted Crown). After triggering the memory that brought the morning, enter the building with the four openings. The mushroom is in a corner.
- Relic #49 (Pounder). Now enter the building opposite the one you’re in to find a relic.
- Relic #48 (Pestle). Behind the central building, in the woods.
- Relic #47 (Kalanis Knife). Right next to red barrier.
- Mushroom #93(Druffle). Crawl under the stone with an armadillo, then scan the ground for this mushroom.
- Relic #52 (Stone Pyramid). With your face to the memory trigger location, go all the way past the scaffolding structure on the right. The relic is sitting behind some rocks, lit by the relic’s orange glimmer.
- Mushroom #94(Sandy Needling). Turn back on yourself and go straight ahead. Go past the cave with the red ghosts from the memory and turn right. By some wooden scaffolding is the mushroom.
- Relic #50 (Massive Hammer). Now enter the cave. Keep going until you see some gold on the ground. Left of the gold is this relic, behind a rock.
- Mushroom #95(Sandy Needling). As soon as you leave the tunnels, you’ll be at a fork. Take a right and go uphill to find this mushroom.
- Relic #51 (Pick Axe). Right of the memory’s location, beneath some wooden scaffolding.
- Legendary Animal #2 (Legendary Parrot). When you possess the parrot, keep flying until you reach an area with many waterfalls. Look for a big flockof parrots to find the shiny, legendary Parrot.
Chapter 5 – Wayla
- Mushroom #96(Sandy Needling). Flyingoff from the middle of the cliff where Chapter 5 starts, reachthe first oasis. This mushroom is in between some bushes.
- Animal #12(Buffalo). As soon as you start chapter 5, you’ll be able to see these running through the desert below.
- Relic #53 (Buffalo Chains). Enter the tower as a parrot to find this Relic.
- Mushroom #97(Sandy Needling). From the relic’s location above, fly up to find this on an edge.
- Relic #54 (Carved Buffalo Horn). Still as a parrot now fly into the other tall tower, the one by the pond.
- Mushroom #98(Sandy Needling). Fly through the opening of the nearby collapsed tower to find this mushroom.
- Legendary Animal #3 (Legendary Buffalo). Now fly up and look around for a ver near oasis. Fly to it and possess the Legendary Buffalo.
- Mushroom #99(Sandy Needling). Fly in the direction of the canyon, left of the Legendary Buffalo’s location (facing the direction the Buffalo is facing). You’ll see some buffalos grazing. Immediately to the left behind some ruins is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #100(Sandy Needling). Now, walk past the first set of ruins and you’ll find a pond, keep going until you find a second pond. At the second pond, turn left, then left again. You’ll see this mushroom by a tree.
- Relic #56 (Meat Knife). Now go to the third pond, but this time go right and right again to find this relic.
- Relic #55 (Fancy Cloth). Now face the tower. Enter the lake and possess a fish. There’s a very small hole in the wall to the left of the pond. Enter it to find this relic. Finding this relic will also unlock the trophy Scarf Glider.
- Mushroom #101(Sandy Needling).Face the pond as if you were comingfrom the ruins (not the tower). This mushroom is sitting on the right edge of the pond, between a stone and some bushes.
- Mushroom #102(Sandy Needling). Gouphill enter the tower.
Chapter 5 – Past Mistakes
- Mushroom #103(White Cloak). Afterreaching the area for the first time as a fish, possess a parrot and check the roots of the trees sitting on the above levels. Near one of them is a mushroom.
- Relic #58 (Painted Turtle Shell). Go to the pond and possess a fish. Enter the gap between the rocks and start sliding down. When you reach the new area with the memory, find a parrot to possess and fly in the direction of the slides. If you fly high enough, you should see this relic next to a group of ducks.
- Mushroom #104(Azure Trumpet). By one of the waterfalls.
- Mushroom #105(Azure Trumpet). There’s a collapsed tower underwater. Underneath it is this mushroom.
- Animal #13(Tortoise). Next to the tower, on the shore are some turtles.
- Mushroom #106(Azure Trumpet). From the location of the tortoises, keep swimming until you come across more turtles. Swim towards the end of this section and you’ll find this mushroom close to a waterfall.
- Mushroom #107(Azure Trumpet). Still underwater, among some structures and bones.
- Mushroom #108(White Cloak). Face the red barrier from the location of the memory. Left of it is a patch of underground and upright rocks. Here is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #109(White Cloak). Near some tortoises, behind the memory’s location if faced from the way you came in.
- Relic #59 (Spearhead). Check the stones underwater. Between some of them there’s a tunnel leading to a secret location where this Relic is.
- Mushroom #110(White Cloak). From here, fly up as a parrot and look for a big tree root on a cliff near the barrier. Underneath the root is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #111(White Cloak). Break the barrier. Past some bamboo canes is a pond with an elephant. Behind the elephant is the mushroom.
- Animal #14(Elephant). In the same area as the collectible above.
- Relic #57 (Hollowed Horn). Past some bamboo caves, in a cave.
- Mushroom #112(White Cloak). Now go past the bamboo canes (possibly as a parrot still). As you approach the entrance to the mountain, you’ll see it on a rock by the pond.
- Animal #15(Sloth). As a fish, go upriver. When you come back to shore, look to your right to find a sloth perched on a branch.
- Mushroom #113(White Cloak). From the sloth’s location, coast the right wall until you find this mushroom by a tree.
Chapter 5 – Separated from the Herd
- Legendary Animal #4 (Legendary Sloth). Keep coasting the right wall until you can see this animal shine near a mushroom.
- Mushroom #114(White Cloak). As the Sloth, simply press to examine this mushroom.
- Mushroom #115(White Cloak). After the stampede sequence, you’ll eventually find yourself back in the jungle. From the memory’s location, turn right and right again to find this mushroom by a collapsed structure with small windows.
- Mushroom #116(White Cloak). From here, turn back on yourself and enter the building on the left.
- Relic #61 (Whistle). Now face the buffalos drinking water. You’re in front of a fork. To your left is a path leading up between some stone pillars, to your right is a building that you access by swimming a little. Enter the latter to find this relic.
- Mushroom #117(White Cloak). Now exit the building and take a right. Behind the structure with windows is a mushroom by a tree.
- Mushroom #118(White Cloak). Now go past the bamboo canes and you’ll find this mushroom under some triangle-shapes trunks.
- Mushroom #119(White Cloak). Now take the left path uphill from the buffalos’ location. Enter the tilted, collapsed structure on your left for this mushroom.
- Mushroom #120(White Cloak). Eventually you’ll reach an area with a small duck pond on your right and a palm tree crushed by some rocks on your left. Facing the pond, right of the latter is an opening that gives you access to the mushroom area.
- Relic #60 (Hair Ornament). Walk through the next opening. On your left you’ll see a memory. In front of you, slightly to the right is an opening, on your right is a bigger opening. Go through the opening that is slightly to the right. On your right will be the relic.
- Mushroom #121(White Cloak). Now, enter the bigger opening mentioned above for a mushroom.
- Mushroom #122(White Cloak). You’ll eventually turn into a fish. Keep swimming until you see a red ghost go left. Instead, keep going straight on and turn right when you can to get through an opening. As a fish jump out of the water and proceed towards this mushroom hidden behind a tree.
- Mushroom #123(White Cloak). When you resurface from the water, you’ll find this mushroom if you go uphill, by a tree.
- Relic #63 (Ocarina). Immediately after the shore is a fork. To your left is an opening into a building, to your right is a cracked opening. Go left, enter the building and you’ll see this relic in a corner.
- Mushroom #124(White Cloak). Now from the fork, go right, but don’t go through the crack in the wall. Instead, immediately turn right to find this mushroom by a bush.
- Relic #62 (Friendly Cube). Now from the fork, go straight ahead and wall between two structures. Enter the crack in the wall and you’ll see this relic by a tree. Finding this relic will also unlock the trophy The Cake Is a Lie.
- Animal #16(Mountain Goat). Continue along the scripted path and you’ll come across this animal. Practically unmissable.
- Relic #64 (Chisel). As the goat, turn around and you’ll find this cave between some grass in a small open cave.
Chapter 5 – Reunited
- Mushroom #125(Sandy Needling). Immediately after the cutscene that shows you the tower, take a left to find this mushroom in a corner.
- Mushroom #126(Sandy Needling). Keep climbing down as the goat. At some point you’ll come across another goat facing a stone with a naked branch at the top. Pass it and immediately climb up to find this mushroom on a higher ledge.
- Mushroom #127(Sandy Needling). Practically unmissable. After the QTE as the goat you’ll find this on the rock you land.
- Mushroom #128(Sandy Needling). Immediately after the QTE sequence, you’ll see a flock of parrots fly by. Possess one and fly to the right of where the goat landed. Near the barrier, by a stone, is a mushroom.
- Relic #65 (Anvil). Before the goat referenced in Mushroom #125, there was another goat. Face this goat as if you were climbing down once more. To its left is a pit you can fly into as the parrot where the relic is.
- Mushroom #129(Sandy Needling). At the very top of the massive statue.
- Relic #67 (Transport System for Stones). When you reach the top of the structure, climb down the stairs.
- Relic #66 (Heavy Hammer). After shattering the wall, you’ll be at a fork. Go right for this relic.
- Legendary Animal #6 (Legendary Mountain Goat). From the fork, you should see this Legendary Animal in the distance. If you’ve followed this guide from the start, this should be your last Legendary Animal and unlock the trophy Gotta Catch ‘Em All.
- Mushroom #130(Sandy Needling). At the fork, now go left and when you see a steep slope on your right, go left to find this mushroom.
- Mushroom #131(Cupling). Go up the very steep slope and you’ll be at a fork once again. Go left to find this mushroom next to another goat.
- Relic #69 (Ring). When you see the first set of ice crystals, look to your left to find this relic. It’s next to a goat.
Chapter 5 –Into the Cold
- Mushroom #132(Cupling). Eventually you’ll enter a cave and when you exit it you will see some wombats. Behind some stones is the mushroom.
- Mushroom #133(Cupling). Shortly after the opening in the stone, behind another stone on your left.
- Mushroom #134(Cupling). Continue up the mountain and keep the left side. You’ll find this between some rocks.
- Relic #71 (Tomahawk). Now coast the right side of this adea until you spot a small opening with some wombats. Possess one and enter the cave to find this relic.
- Relic #70 (Ancient Symbol Necklace). Now keep going up. Shortly after you’ll be at a fork. On your left you have a path, on your right you have snow. Go up the snow to find this relic near a blue rock.
- Mushroom #135(Cupling). Now take the brown path and ram through the ice crystals at the bottom. Then, coast the left side and shatter through some more ice crystals to find this mushroom
- Relic #68 (Second Ring). Ram through the ice crystals adjacent to the mushroom.
- Mushroom #136(Cupling). Practically unmissable. This will be on your main path, next to another goat.
- Relic #72 (Brooch). Eventually you’ll get to an area with some wombats. Ignore them and climb the rock above them as a goat. Coast the left side of this area and you’ll see the relic glimmering in the distance among some rocks.
Chapter 6–No Turning Back
- Mushroom #137(Cupling). Right at the beginning of the chapter, coast the right wall until you see this mushroom next to some white plants.
- Mushroom #138(Cupling). Shortly after the beginning of the chapter, enter the structure allthe way to the left. The mushroom is here.
- Relic #73 (Fertility Statue). Right of the entrance to the building with the memory inside, by some rocks.
Chapter 6 – Temple of the Sun
- Mushroom #139(Cupling). Eventually you’ll walk on a really narrow bridge. At the end of the bridge are two pillars, one left, one right and some stairs in front ofyou. Climb the first flight of stairs and go all the way to the right until you see the mushroom.
- Mushroom #140(Cupling). Now climb another flight of stairs, but this time go all the way to the left.
- Mushroom #141(Cupling). Right of the memory, among some rocks where some wombats are.
- Relic #74 (Drum). Interact with the memory and then turn into a wombat. Next to the mushroom above is a small alcove you can enter. This leads inside the Temple of the Sun where a golden statue is. Right at the entrance to this area is the relic. Entering this area also unlocks the trophy The World is Yours.
- Relic #76 (Decorative Triangle). Diagonally from Relic #74 is another relic. Finding this Relic also unlocks the trophy It’s Dangerous to Go Alone.
- Relic #75 (Golden Drinking Vessel). Now exit the Temple of the Sun from the way you came from and head to the opposite end. Take a sharp turn left and you’ll find the relic along the path.
- Mushroom #142(Cupling). Continue on the scripted path and you’ll find this on your left in the area where you see some pillars on the horizon.
- Animal #15 (Eagle). Story-related. Cannot be missed.
- Relic #77 (Atevo’s Amulet). After flying as an eagle, you’ll have to trigger a memory. After the memory has played out, the Relic will be right in front of you.
